PROGRAMS

Bridge of Support ("BOS") is dedicated to offering programs in order to provide support, hope and safety to parents who have experienced the death of a child at any age or stage of life.  As you begin your journey in healing through this difficult time in your life, BOS is here to help. Some of the programs and events we currently offer are set forth below.  You can also find additional counseling and grief resources on the Resources section of our website.
BOS Monthly Support Group Meetings BOS holds monthly support group meetings to offer parents a safe place to share their grief and begin the healing process.  If you would like additional information regarding upcoming meeting dates, times and locations, please visit the Upcoming Events section of our website.
BOS Annual Journey in Healing Conference BOS will be holding its 1st Annual Journey in Healing Conference for parents in 2021.  Parents who are grieving the loss of a child will be able to hear from guest speakers; participate in special small group sessions; and obtain valuable information and resources regarding the grieving process. We will be posting additional information regarding our 2021 conference at a later date.
BOS Summer Sports Camp Program – The BOS Summer Sports Camp Program takes place between June and August of each year and sponsors several youth, who are grieving the loss of a sibling, to attend local sports camps and sporting events.

 

BOS Harry Lamont Lundy, Jr. Scholarship Fund – The BOS Harry Lamont Lundy, Jr. Scholarship Fund provides funding for college students in the Baltimore-Metropolitan Area, who have suffered the loss of a sibling, by providing direct support to local colleges and universities designated for the awarding of scholarships to such students.

 

BOS Parents in Partnership Program – The BOS Parents in Partnership Program partners with parents who have established non-profit organizations, foundations and scholarship funds in honor of their deceased children by providing financial support to such organizations.
