ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN
Bridge of Support ("BOS") is dedicated to offering programs in order to provide support, hope, safety and healing to parents who have experienced the death of a child at any age or stage of life.
BOS provides assistance to grieving parents and siblings, right here in our community, through monthly support group meetings, quarterly newsletters, monthly letters of hope, support through prayer requests,
yearly conferences, summer camp programs for youth and scholarships for young adults who have suffered the loss of a sibling, as well as referral to various counseling and grief resources.
On March 1, 2020, BOS will launch its "2020 Moving Forward Annual Fundraising Campaign." In 2019, as a result of the generous support of our sponsors and partners, BOS was able to provide support to over 25 parents and siblings through its monthly support group meetings; donated $500.00 to a local non-profit organization, which provides a grief support camp for children and teens who have experienced the death of a loved one; and provided additional grief resources and information to
parents who have suffered the loss of a child.
Our fundraising goal for this year's campaign is $50,000.00. If we can meet that goal, BOS would be able to raise the necessary funds to fully implement all of these wonderful programs and continue to provide additional resources to grieving parents and siblings for the balance of the year.
